Conditions for translation orders:

Order confirmation:

The client shall pay upon confirmation of the order or before the work is handed over. For each translation order, the translator has access to the document before accepting and confirming the order. By confirming the order (by email, Whatsapp, SMS, phone, etc.), the client agrees to the terms and conditions.

Deadlines:

For the execution of the translation, the translator has the deadline stated in the respective offer from the order confirmation.

Delivery:

Completed work is generally sent to the client by email. Upon agreement, the translations will also be delivered personally, on paper or by data carrier.

Liability:

The translator shall in no case be liable for the content of the translated texts.

Confidentiality:

The Agency undertakes to treat all information received in connection with an order as confidential.

Copyright:

Until payment of the invoice in full by the client, the copyright for a translation produced shall remain with the Agency.

Delay:

The Agency shall not be liable for delays in the execution of orders caused by force majeure (in particular server malfunctions or power failures), nor for delays caused by reasons on the part of the client.

Loyalty:

The client declares that he will use the Agency’s services loyally for the duration of the contractual relationship and will abide by the terms of the contract and the GTC.

Disputes:

Any disputes will be settled by the Court of Palma de Mallorca.

Conditions in real estate matters:

Order confirmation:

A written offer for the respective service shall be prepared by the Agency. If the client accepts the offer or confirms the order, he automatically undertakes to pay the corresponding fees. For each request, the Agency has the freedom to accept or reject the order. By confirming the order by email, the client agrees to the terms and conditions.

Deadlines:

For the execution of the services, the Agency shall have the time limit stated in the respective offer from the date of order confirmation.

Communication:

Communication shall generally take place by email. By arrangement, personal or telephone appointments are also arranged, and certain documents are received/delivered on paper or by data carrier.

Liability:

The Agency shall in no case be liable for the content of the documents processed.

Confidentiality:

The Agency undertakes to treat all information received in connection with an assignment as confidential.
